She’s the go-to STRATEGIC CONSULTANT and COACH for the LIVE events world, blending decades of hands-on mastery in planning, design, and production as well as an elite-level expertise in threat, risk, and crisis management—and the security strategies that keep high-stakes events gorgeous, safe, and flawless.


As a VISIONARY EVENT PRODUCER  she seamlessly bridges the gap between design and production, crafting extraordinary experiences that captivate and inspire. Drawing from Walt Disney’s philosophy of immersive environments, she transforms every event into a world of its own. Her extensive portfolio includes luxury weddings, lavish celebrations, and high-profile corporate events ranging from intimate gatherings to productions for over 2,000 guests. Whether called in at the very beginning, at the eleventh hour or amid unraveling chaos, she’s known for delivering VIP events with exacting detail and unflinching poise under pressure.


She holds a Paralegal degree, a Certificate in Meeting Management from Temple University and is a Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP). Her dedication to excellence has earned her numerous accolades, including Best Event Design, Best Wedding, Best Event Décor, Best Audio Visual Support, and the prestigious J. Robert Graves Award from the International LIVE Events Association (ILEA).


A LEADER  in the industry, Kris has served as President  for multiple terms of both the South Jersey and Greater Philadelphia chapters of ILEA, spent over a decade on the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia Chapter of Meeting Professionals International (PAMPI), and served on the Board Directors for the LIVE Events Coalition of Philadelphia that formed during Covid-19. 


She is the FOUNDER  and DRIVING FORCE  behind an innovative restaurant concept.  While the world remained behind closed doors and the events industry flatlined overnight in a global pandemic, she stood at ground zero of her life’s implosion—clients vanished, contracts were canceled, and the phone stopped ringing. With no investors, no restaurant background, and not a dollar to spare, she did what no one expected—she opened Boardwalk Vegan, a radiant, rebellious boardwalk-themed vegan restaurant in Havertown, PA. It wasn’t just a restaurant. It was her fight song. A glittering, grease-slicked middle finger to the chaos. Built from scratch in late 2020, Boardwalk Vegan is an unapologetic ode to nostalgia—funnel cake, pizza, hoagies, and cheesesteaks —all reimagined through a bold plant-based lens. They said it couldn’t be done. She did it anyway. Because when the world said “close,” she opened—and turned heartbreak into a happy place.

A U.S. Navy Veteran, Randy brings unmatched expertise to the behind-the-scenes world of event production—managing every detail with a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground approach. His deep knowledge of logistics was forged at the warehouse level, where he mastered trucking operations, load coordination, and precision packing to ensure flawless transportation and delivery.

Randy’s site inspection expertise and longstanding relationships with venues make him a trusted partner in executing seamless events. From efficient power distribution to smooth load-ins and load-outs, he ensures clear communication and safe, professional labor and rigging operations every step of the way.

With over 25 years of experience across a wide range of venues—from luxury hotels and private estates to complex tented environments—Randy possesses a rare, comprehensive understanding of what makes event production successful. His technical precision is integrated throughout pre-production and live execution, making him an invaluable asset in a consulting or coaching role.

Randy is also a self-taught vegan chef and the co-founder of Boardwalk Vegan, where he brings the same passion, creativity, and dedication to plant-based culinary experiences.
